Looking over the statistics on home sales in Denver indicates the market is improving. Oddly enough sales were down by 200 (year to date)! This was because so many would be buyers actually threw in the towel rather that deal with the disappointment in losing the bidding wars on home after home.
The December deadline for the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit caused a lot of stress and grief for many buyers. Purchasing a home is a stressful experience, adding a deadline plus a ton of competition only complicated the process.
Now with the extension of the Tax Credit until next April, many home buyers who were frustrated before should reconsider and start looking for a home now!
